At Tip the Teacher, the vast majority of resources you purchase are delivered electronically. Unlike a t-shirt or a book, it is difficult to return a PDF, Word document, or other file once you've downloaded it. For this reason, all sales on Tip the Teacher of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable. By purchasing a Product, Members certify that they have read the description of the Product. Members should ensure the description is read and understood for each Product as these may vary.
Tip the Teacher understand that things don't always go as planned. So we do offer refunds in a few limited circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within one year of your purchase and are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests must include your name, all details of the Product and transaction, as well as clearly outlining your concerns about the resource, with any specific examples, evidence or other supporting details you may have. Screen shots can be used to support your request.
